The VM-20ARII is a ultra wide bandwidth, state-of-the-art 1x20 Programmable Video and Audio Distribution Amplifier. 430 Mhz video bandwidth makes this unit perfect for all high resolution applications. The VM-20ARII splits a single video and audio input source into twenty identical outputs. All outputs are individually amplified and buffered so they are equivalent to the original input source. The VM-20ARII has four looping video and audio (stereo) inputs and a user programmable mode of operation. The VM-20ARII can function as a 1x 20, (2) 1x10, (4) 1x5 or a 1x10 and (2)1x5 DA. Audio can follow video or may be separated from video mode. Output signals are DC or AC coupled (user selectable) for highest signal fidelity.Due to the ultra wide bandwidth of the machine it can be also used for Video/Graphics Component distribution. The machine has video gain and EQ. controls for 4 sets of 5 outputs, as well as audio level controls. The audio section may be programmed to function as unbalanced stereo or Balanced mono.For maximum performance, use Comprehensive Premium High Resolution cables.

The HD10C2, AJA's second generation HD D/A converter, brings exciting new features. In addition to being a high-quality 10-bit HD converter, the HD10C2 is "dual-rate" and works with both HD-SDI and SDI inputs. For HD-SDI inputs, the HD10C2 outputs full bandwidth HD component or VGA-style RGBHV video. For SDI inputs, component or composite SD outputs are supported. When connected to a multi-format monitor like the Sony 20L5, the HD10C2 will automatically provide an image from almost any HD or SD input format. The HD10C2 also features 2 equalized HD-SDI outputs.

Using many user-selected formats - DPX, Cineon, TGA, TIFF, BMP, AVI or QuickTimeT - XENA LH captures directly to disk. In addition to top-quality video, XENA LH offers all the audio support you'll ever want: multi-channel audio and 16/24/32-bit AES/EBU digital audio at 48kHz for digital production. For ease of use, XENA LH also includes hardware sample-rate conversion on AES inputs, eliminating source synchronizing requirements.

As the only card available supporting HD/SD analog I/O, XENA LH is perfect for many diverse workflows, including analog component connections from HDV cameras that allow direct ingest of HDV-acquired material into uncompressed or any other supported file format. These 12-bit analog inputs and outputs, in addition to 10-bit digital I/O's, ensure that XENA LH can interface with almost any Single Link digital or analog HD or SD video format you throw at it.
